OPENING UP SOKL

SOKL and studio PART invited a group of young designers from LUCA Ghent & Brussels to transform the pedestal into a space of conversation. While working on a plan for a sunroof and seats, they realised it wouldn’t be possible to create a sense of intimacy with outdoor add-ons. What they needed was a room and a door to close it off. The entryway was made already, on the 10th they’ll finish the works on the windows.
